Key responsibilities
Business Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive the growth of homewares plastics products in All Time brand.
- Analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay updated with industry developments to create a competitive edge.
Key Accounts Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including distributors and retailers.
- Work closely with these key accounts to understand their specific needs, preferences, and challenges, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, price points of all article ranges related to homewares plastics products.
- Assess the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and opportunities for the business.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors in the homewares industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
New Business Development:
- Prospect and acquire new customers, retailers, and distributors for homewares plastics products
- Initiate and lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track sales performance, revenue, and other key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress and suggesting improvements.
Key requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 10–18 years of progressive experience in international sales, business development, or export marketing—preferably within the consumer goods or plastics/homewares industry.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts in international markets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. MBA preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer engagement abilities.
- Strategic thinker with sound analytical and market research capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
