Job description
We're seeking a Quality Engineer who thinks beyond checklists — someone who leverages data, technology, and systems thinking to create a culture of zero defects, continuous improvement, and world-class manufacturing excellence. At All Time Plastics, we don’t just produce plastic components — we engineer trust.
Key responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
- Monitor and enforce quality
control processes throughout the manufacturing cycle, from raw materials
to finished goods.
- Conduct regular inspections,
audits, and quality checks on production lines to ensure adherence to
specifications.
- Establish quality KPIs
(e.g., defect rates, customer complaints, process capability) and ensure
continuous improvement in product quality.
- Lead root cause analysis
(RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for quality issues,
working closely with cross-functional teams.
Supplier & Customer Quality Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers
to ensure incoming raw materials (e.g., plastic resins, additives,
colorants) meet quality standards.
- Address customer complaints,
conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions to improve
customer satisfaction.
- Work with sales, customer
service, and R&D to ensure quality expectations align with market
and consumer demands.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Plastics),
Key requirements
- 3 years of experience in a quality management role within plastic manufacturing, homeware.
- Strong knowledge of plastic molding processes (e.g., injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming) and material properties.
