All Time Plastics Recognised for Excellence in Compliance & Sustainability at ET NOW Business Conclave & Awards 2026

As Western India continues to play a defining role in India’s growth story, the ET NOW Business Conclave brought together business leaders, policymakers and industry experts to celebrate organisations contributing to this progress.

We are delighted to receive the Excellence in Compliance & Sustainability award at the conclave. The award was presented by Shri Ashish Shelar, Minister of Cultural Affairs, Government of Maharashtra, and received by Mr Kailesh Shah, our Chairman & Managing Director, and Mrs Vaishali Samant - our Sr. Manager (Management Systems & Sustainability) in the presence of Shri Devendra Fadnavis present as Chief Guest.

This recognition holds a very significant meaning for us as it reflects our long-standing commitment to responsible manufacturing and sustainable growth. For us, this is a reward for the choices we’ve made over the years, the continuous improvements we’ve made and a belief that growth should always come with responsibility.

THE JOURNEY

Over the years, sustainability has grown alongside our business, shaped by decisions around materials, manufacturing and how we use resources. Since 2022, all our manufacturing facilities have been energy neutral, supported by renewable energy and energy-efficient equipment

  • 500,803 kWh Renewable Electricity Generated for FY 2025-26
  • 25%+ products manufactured from recycled plastic
  • 9364 kg food waste composted
  • 0% landfill waste
  • 0% water pollution
  • ~60,000 trees saved by using recycled packaging material
  • 2,500 tonnes of GHG emissions reduced annually

Energy efficient machines

These are not standalone efforts. Over time, sustainability has become part of our designs, decision making and an internalised into the way we work.

THE NEXT STEP

Bamboo is one of nature's fastest-renewing materials. It's strong, light, and naturally sustainable. A few years back, we took our first steps into studying Indian bamboo in the valleys of the North East. After two years of R&D, we began creating products in smaller batches from a pilot facility in Guwahati. Last month, we moved into a new, larger space and are gearing up for full-scale production. We are working closely with bamboo farmers in India's North East, building a value chain that protects their interests, encourages responsible harvesting, and supports the communities we work with. We’re proud to be among the first in India to take a complete, end-to-end approach to bamboo manufacturing.

Aligned with the Make in India initiative, this project supports local industry while helping set new benchmarks for eco-friendly manufacturing. It builds on strengths we already have in product design, engineering, quality and global market access.

GROWTH WITH RESPONSIBILITY

Over the past five decades, we have grown from a homegrown manufacturer into a global production partner. We now operate four manufacturing facilities, with an installed capacity of 39,000 MT, and exporting to 30 countries. This has been possible because we invested early in in-house design and tooling, automation, digital traceability and quality systems, allowing us to grow while staying consistent and in control.

Today, more than 75% of our machines are energy efficient, our production data is captured digitally, and automated warehousing helps us work more efficiently and keep better track of our operations. Alongside this, we continue to strengthen our compliance and sustainability practices, keeping responsible manufacturing central to how we plan our next phase of growth.

This is the approach that has shaped us: growing steadily, without losing sight of the standards that make that growth worthwhile.

THE ROAD AHEAD

For us, this recognition is highly encouraging, but it isn't the end point. As we move into new materials, markets and opportunities, our focus stays the same: building a business where compliance and sustainability are simply how we operate.

As Kailesh Shah, Chairman & Managing Director, All Time Plastics, puts it:

"Compliance has to be built into the DNA of the business. Our experience over the years has shown us that being more compliant not only makes the workplace and our products safer, but also helps reduce the cost of poor quality within the organisation. Good IT tools and systems are equally important in helping teams monitor compliance effectively. Ultimately, it is about being responsible towards our people, our products and the environment we all share. This recognition is motivating for me as Chairman, but even more so for the team members who work hard every day to keep us compliant across all our requirements."
